We have an opportunity to open a women’s discipleship house. Your generosity will help us open the front door to welcome these ladies in,
but it will mean so much more.

The Problem

The latest Point-in-Time Count (2024) from the King County Regional Homeless Authority showed there were 16.868 individuals experiencing homelessness in King County. Nearly one third of those counted were women and almost half of the overall number cited a substance use disorder.

Every day, women in our community face life without stable shelter, food, or support and many times are on the street due to domestic violence.

But beyond the physical need is something deeper—
a loss of hope, dignity, and connection.

The Solution

The solution to homelessness is homes in the most basic sense. But, it also stretches beyond that as people need hope and healing to resolve their issues and stay housed. Recovery works best in community and with structure. Our discipleship home will offer a safe place, loving community, and uplifting life-skills training.

We believe every person is created in God’s image and deserves compassion, dignity, and care.Through your support, the house will provide:

  • Warm meals

  • Essential supplies

  • Safe housing

  • Prayer and spiritual encouragement
